Trip Details
Departure: We start early, between 2:40 – 3:00 am, with private transport from Huaraz, heading north towards Yungay. We then ascend through villages to the Llanganuco Sector of Huascarán National Park.
Breakfast with a View: Arriving at 4,650m, enjoy breakfast as the sun rises over Nevado Huascarán (6,768m) and illuminates the Llanganuco lakes, Huandoy Massif, and peaks like Pisco and Chacraraju.
Trek Highlights: Trekking to our first viewpoint at 4,700m offers breathtaking panoramas of Nevado Yanapaccha and its glacier. Descend through Queñual forests to a glacial lake below Nevado Yanapaccha, then ascend to Laguna 69 at 4,625m.
Lunch and Relaxation: At Laguna 69, relax, enjoy lunch, and capture stunning photos before descending via the classic Laguna 69 trail to Cebollapampa.
Return to Huaraz: Our journey concludes with a return to Huaraz, ensuring a full day immersed in the natural beauty of the Cordillera Blanca.
Natural Wonders: Experience captivating waterfalls, pristine wilderness, and the iconic lagoons of Llaganuco, Lagoon 69, Paccha Lagoon, and Brogui Lagoons.
